C.E. Monlau has implemented a Quality Management System within the framework of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, with the aim of guaranteeing the satisfaction of students, parents, and external collaborators, the awareness and motivation of the center’s staff, and the appropriate academic and personal training of its students.
To achieve and maintain this objective effectively, C.E. Monlau:
- Has established and ensures internal communication channels that allow for the transmission of QMS information and promotes the contribution of suggestions and improvements by the center’s staff.
- Provides the necessary training so that all center staff feel involved in the Quality Management System and can appreciate its benefits in improving their workplace.
- Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, and current regulations.
- Places great importance on the acquisition of cognitive, planning, management, and self-regulation skills for both students and staff.
- Emphasizes and promotes the intellectual and human development of students in all areas, as a primary necessity and expectation for their future entry into the labor market.
- Evaluates and monitors the satisfaction of students and their families, providing an immediate response to their suggestions and complaints.
- Permanently and systematically evaluates the organization to improve the quality of its processes.
- Remains attentive to the social and technological changes that occur continuously, adapting and making its structures more flexible to optimize for the changing pace of our society. In this regard, it is actively involved in the learning and application of ICT among both staff and students, using the web, the intranet, and the new methodological resources that these strategies enable.
- Believes in, fosters, and stimulates innovation and entrepreneurial initiatives among the center’s students during and after their academic training, creating a space for consultation and advice for business initiatives selected from the final projects of the higher-level vocational training cycles.
- Places great importance on the continuous incorporation of methodological changes occurring in the field of education. Encourages experimentation and methodological innovation to adapt teaching practices to new approaches in teaching and learning in light of new knowledge about brain function and cognition.
- Develops, applies, evaluates, and reviews a strategic plan over three academic years, focused on the continuous improvement of teaching practice and the organization, whose strategic pillars are:
- Consolidation of a proprietary pedagogical model
- Student growth and synergies with the educational sector
- Alignment of management processes
- Leading and collaborative community
