En l\u2019ordre que vulguin!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Onze \u201cces\u201d que ens han perm\u00e8s encarar el segon any del projecte \u201cConeixement\u201d a l\u2019etapa de l\u2019ESO. Els invents han estat la pedra angular sobre la que hem constru\u00eft els nostres treballs. Aquesta tem\u00e0tica ens ha perm\u00e8s integrar compet\u00e8ncies i introduir el treball cooperatiu a l\u2019aula.<\/p>\n<p>Tot un encert canviar el mobiliari i modificar l\u2019estructura de les aules amb l\u2019env\u00e0 m\u00f2bil. Aix\u00f2 ha perm\u00e8s flexibilitzar l\u2019espai: aules m\u00e9s grans, agrupacions diferents, organitzacions d\u2019aula canviants. Com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, treballem amb m\u00e9s alumnes per\u00f2 organitzats en equips de treball, amb m\u00e9s professors.<\/p>\n<p>No nom\u00e9s l\u2019espai, tamb\u00e9 hem integrat curr\u00edculums. En la seva m\u00e0xima expressi\u00f3, les lleng\u00fces catalana i castellana que s\u2019han conjurat per a treballar conjuntament com a bones lleng\u00fces rom\u00e0niques que s\u00f3n, amb les seves coincid\u00e8ncies i les seves difer\u00e8ncies. Resultat, a estones han treballat seixanta sis alumnes amb quatre professors de llengua. Tot un \u00e8xit. I els professors satisfets.<\/p>\n<p>Sense abandonar la llibreta i l\u2019escriptura, hem aprofundit en l\u2019\u00fas de les TIC i algunes mat\u00e8ries com les matem\u00e0tiques i les ci\u00e8ncies socials amb fet del treball en grup, de la millora constant dels resultats i de la motivaci\u00f3 per a aprendre els seus grans pilars, sense oblidar l\u2019experimentaci\u00f3 i l\u2019exploraci\u00f3 constants.<\/p>\n<p>Pel proper curs volem ser encara m\u00e9s ambiciosos, combinant les mat\u00e8ries de manera imaginativa i elaborant projectes de aprenentatge conjunts i globals. Ja comencem a treballar per fer-ho. Creient que una part de l\u2019aprenentatge es d\u00f3na m\u00e9s si es fa en grup i entre iguals, en dos direccions, el que apr\u00e8n i el que ensenya, amb el professor actiu i vital, coordinant, observant, intervenint i acompanyant.<\/p>\n<p>Si no sortim de classe cansats no ho hem fet del tot b\u00e9, de fet cansa. \u00c9s un bon indicador. Sense oblidar que no tot el passat no \u00e9s bo, hem de fer pr\u00e0ctiques individuals i repetitives quan toca. Ens queda per explotar la recerca a casa, els nous deures i una avaluaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s integral i menys quantitativa.<\/p>\n<p>Onze \u201cces\u201d amb resultat. Tot i que encara s\u00f3n subjectius, es mesuren amb la motivaci\u00f3 dels i les alumnes, el clima de conviv\u00e8ncia i de respecte, la satisfacci\u00f3 dels professors, alumnes i fam\u00edlies. Quan treballem, treballem. I ho veiem.
