• Fire extinguisher and fire safety measure maintenance

• Elevator maintenance

As determined by the management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard implemented by MONLAU Centre d’Estudis, approved suppliers will be evaluated annually by the purchasing department using a scale from 1 (unfavorable) to 5 (favorable).

In the event that a supplier obtains an average score between the two criteria equal to or less than two, they will be deactivated.
